As an Associate with DST Pharmacy Solutions, you will be part of an organization that promotes better health outcomes for consumers through clinical and technological innovations. We accomplish this by leveraging the robust technology foundation and powerful analytic resources that are the core of DST, with industry leading clinical expertise and strategic pharmacy and healthcare solutions. You will join a team that is redefining the value of pharmacy in healthcare through the integration of advanced analytics, clinical insights and transformative digital capabilities.
Ensures that the customer is satisfied with company projects and services. Ensures that schedules and budgets are met according to contractual agreements. Works with client to cultivate future projects and qualify new opportunities. Consults with other team members (project management/services/support/customer care) to be sure mutual objectives are met. Provides both management and technical leadership. Leads the strategic development of the client relationship function, addressing business requirements and goals.
Looks beyond existing methodologies and own function to define and resolve complex issues.
Leads a broad functional area through subsidiary leaders, or highly analytical or technical professionals, focusing on strategic work.
Participates in the interview/selection process, provides training and mentorship, offers career development guidance, and is engaged in performance management.
Adapts and executes business plans for departments or functional area; contributes to business unit strategy.
Translates business unit/company objectives into functional strategic plans that impact operating results of the business unit/company.
Secures and deploys resources to achieve results aligned with business unit/company goals, commitments, and financial responsibilities.
Responsible for control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods.
Responsible for all contract requirements and services in support of the Medi-Cal Rx Pharmacy Services programs.
100% dedicated to the State Pharmacy Services program and must be located onsite in a local facility within the Sacramento area.
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years work-related experience or Master’s degree and minimum of 8 years work-related experience
- Experience working with DHCS, Fee for Service Medicaid and/or Managed Medicaid experience. PBM experience.
