Job Description:

Organizational Overview

As an Associate with DST Pharmacy Solutions, you will be part of an organization that promotes better health outcomes for consumers through clinical and technological innovations. We accomplish this by leveraging the robust technology foundation and powerful analytic resources that are the core of DST, with industry leading clinical expertise and strategic pharmacy and healthcare solutions. You will join a team that is redefining the value of pharmacy in healthcare through the integration of advanced analytics, clinical insights and transformative digital capabilities. Responsible for the direction, oversight, and outcome of a program. Specializes in project management methodologies, tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques, managing within the defined project management framework. Recognized within the organization as a functional expert with specialized depth and/or breadth of knowledge. Works independently, with guidance only in the most complex situations.

Role Overview

Leads and manages highly complex, high profile, or enterprise-wide project/programs consisting of multiple projects. Ensures the integration of large projects and delivery on time and within budget while also meeting strategic and business requirements. Works with business leadership to communicate program strategy, direction, and changes.

Responsibilities

  • Creates and manages project plans, schedules, budgets and resources, project risks, issue and change management.

  • Communicates effectively with all levels of management, project stakeholders and internal and external project team members.

  • Engages with the teams that defines the project to make sure the project supports the business goals of the company. This may include aligning the priorities of different teams and in different projects such that deliverables support business goals.

  • Solves complex problems; identifies new solutions using a broad perspective and understanding.

  • Leads large scale projects with substantial resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. May lead a project team with influence over contribution of others.

  • Translates functional vision into plans and guides their execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of work-related experience, or Master’s degree and 4 years of work-related experience, or 8 years equivalent work-related experience​
