Your job is to help our clients discover opportunity through technology, strategic advisory and business improvement solutions. You will work with some of the world’s leading Alternative Asset Managers, Asset Management Service Companies, Banking Companies, Broker-Dealers, Distribution Companies, Insurance Companies and Retirement Companies. As an Investor Services Representative in our inbound call center, you will be responding to caller inquiries with an expected high level of accuracy, while providing an excellent quality customer service experience. This position is an excellent entry level opportunity that will have you professionally interacting with shareholders, brokers and dealers in our inbound call center.
Provide exceptional customer service to customers by answering questions, resolving issues and assisting with financial transactions.
Process routine service requests for purchases, redemptions, transfers, new account set-ups and other maintenance items requested by the customer.
Research complex issues for customers in order to support their requests, making outbound calls to provide customers with updates or to gain additional information.
Perform special project assignments from time to time, such as research work, obtaining special authorizations, outbound calls and data entry.
Cross train in different areas to expand knowledge base and develop new skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
One to two years’ of previous customer service experience; within retail, banking or financial services preferred.
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
Intermediate computer proficiency, including keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate through multiple computer systems.
Passion for excellence in service and attention to detail.
