Organizational Overview

While working at DST Financial Services, you will help our clients discover opportunities in the complexities associated with mounting inflows of data, rapid technological advancements, shifting regulatory change, rising security risks and increasing demands from their customers. Your job is to help our clients discover opportunity through technology, strategic advisory and business improvement solutions. You will work with some of the world’s leading Alternative Asset Managers, Asset Management Service Companies, Banking Companies, Broker-Dealers, Distribution Companies, Insurance Companies and Retirement Companies. Everyday our global offices in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States work together to master the complexity of the financial industry to transform the most challenging tasks into opportunity and competitive advantage.

Role Overview

This is the entry level position in the Blue Sky department. Individuals will assist with daily sales feed monitoring andreceipt, verifies rejection/exception items statuses, and assists with ad-hoc projects as necessary. Interacts with variousintermediary and vendor contacts to research and resolve project actions


  • Runs daily Download Process to retrieve transfer agent and broker nightly sales feeds

  • Reviews daily Download Reports to ensure receipt of all sales feeds and associated Funds Codes

  • Performs rejection research for new/missing/dropped Fund Codes

  • Contacts transfer agent and/or broker contacts to conduct sales research

  • Adding of new Fund Codes

  • End dating of dropped Fund Codes

  • Researching all outstanding Fund Codes

  • Processing corresponding sales research

  • Daily and ad-hoc SES adjustments & Matrices

  • Daily manual sales adjustments


  • Strong application knowledge – Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Access preferred (Query Running)

  • Previous administrative experience and excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently on several projects simultaneously.

  • Enthusiasm for learning and demonstrated ability to adapt to change.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Associates Degree or equivalent accounting/financial services experience

  • 0 - 1 years of financial control, client services, fund accounting/custody, or related experience
