Our clients include some of the most prestigious mutual funds, brokerage firms, retirement plans, wealth management firms and other financial services companies around the globe.
Our entry level Financial Services Operations Representatives accurately processes each transaction in compliance with internal and/or external quality, productivity, contract compliance, and regulatory standards using available tools and resources. They may expedite action items from automated critical and non-critical reports. These associates will cross train in different areas of accountability to expand their knowledge base and to advance their skills and proactively offer assistance to others when needed.
Review transactions and accurately process each financial and non-financial transaction request. Transactions may include, but are not limited to: purchases, redemptions, maintenance, transfers, exchanges, and new account set-ups.
Adhere to established policies, procedures, deadlines, and quality guidelines; assure the accuracy of work entered, identify errors, and make corrections as required. Follow procedures and refer non-routine problems to senior specialist or manage
Review selected transactions for quality, ensuring accuracy of the work entered; assign error codes and add comments if applicable.
Process third-party administrator transactions and trade sheets.
Other Processing duties include: Close funds and enter/verify estimates; Update Task Tracker accurately and timely; Prepare manual wires and manual check requests; Resolve Control open items; Complete necessary formx
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Provide world class customer service to customers by answering questions, resolving issues and assisting with Requires strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational ability
Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
Ability to solve complex problems autonomously and timely
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
Some college in finance or related field can be helpful, but not required
