The Pricing Liaison (Investment Control Liaison) maintains daily pricing and rate information for assigned client funds. The work is performed after normal office hours. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 6-10pm and Friday, 6-11pm for a total of 21 hours per week.
As a Pricing Liaison (Investment Control Liaison) you will work with external client fund accountants regarding daily transmission of fund pricing and yield rates. You will review information e-mailed or transmitted at days end after fund accountants have established fund values and enter data into the DST system.
Generating nightly reports and reviewing systems-generated notes regarding discrepancies and variances. Following established escalation procedures and contacting external fund accountants regarding questionable items.
Flagging and escalating unresolved pricing or system issues.
Maintaining fund accountant contact list with day and evening contact information.
Qualified candidates must have a high level of accuracy and attention to details, strong communication skills and the ability to use contacts efficiently and must demonstrate strong data entry skills.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of prior business experience required.
Knowledge of data entry and general office procedures required.
Working knowledge of Excel
Organizational skills in order to handle and follow through on details and deadlines
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communications skills
