Role Overview

This is the entry level position in the Blue Sky department. Individuals will assist with daily sales feed monitoring andreceipt, verifies rejection/exception items statuses, and assists with ad-hoc projects as necessary. Interacts with variousintermediary and vendor contacts to research and resolve project actions

Responsibilities​

1 Reviews daily Download Reports to ensure receipt of all sales feeds and associated Funds Codes

2 Performs rejection research for new/missing/dropped Fund Codes

3 Contacts transfer agent and/or broker contacts to conduct sales research

4 Adding of new Fund Codes

5 End dating of dropped Fund Codes

6 Researching all outstanding Fund Codes

7 Processing corresponding sales research

8 Daily and ad-hoc SES adjustments & Matrices

9 Daily manual sales adjustments

  1. Runs daily Download Process to retrieve transfer agent and broker nightly sales feeds

Qualifications:

·

· Strong application knowledge – Microsoft Office Suite.

· Access preferred (Query Running)

· Previous administrative experience and excellent attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently on several projects simultaneously.

· Enthusiasm for learning and demonstrated ability to adapt to change.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Associates Degree or equivalent accounting/financial services experience

' 0 - 1 years of financial control, client services, fund accounting/custody, or related experience
