Job Description for Health Care Call Center Representative, DSTWS, India
Designation: Health Care Call Center Representative I
Role: Team Member - DSTWS
Reporting: Manager Operations
Experience: 0 – 2 Years experienced professional in ITES industry with Healthcare experience (International voice process)
Job Description: Responsible for making calls to providers to verify the services incurred and to do the follow-up process to obtain the required information. Overall responsible and accountable for the allocated tasks in the project. This includes following activities
Accomplish the task with required quality in the given timelines;
Adhere to the team norms for making the overall team a cohesive one.
Work with Lead / supervisor on tasks, in gathering pertinent information from subject matter experts
Understand the project objectives and contribute towards the achievement.
Completing tasks with high quality of deliverables;
- Profile: The candidate should have following
Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed institute with good command in English language.
Good Typing and Analytical skills
International Exposure would be an added benefit though the candidate must have worked with International clients during the course of his / her experience.
Excellent communication skills, assertive, great attitude and team player
- Knowledge of US Healthcare or Long term care insurance
