We are expanding our Sales Team and looking for sales professionals to join a driven group of pipeline-focused individuals. The focus areas for each of these new roles will be Compliance Solutions, Research & Analytics Consulting, Retirement Tools & Recordkeeping and Business Process Management Solutions.
In the Senior Sales Executive role, you will be responsible for generating sales for a given product/solution or within a given vertical. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for executing on sales strategies and managing sales campaigns for products/solutions within assigned accounts/territory, from beginning to end with the appropriate partnership within SS&C and the product/services owners. This role operates mostly independently, with guidance from the Sales Manager; the focus may include a blend of existing accounts and new business. Travel is required on a regular basis and can be based out of any location.
Develop new business for SS&C Health through lead generation, qualification, proposal development and managing sales processes to successful closure
Create and explore new business opportunities i.e. new clients, new services, new markets and geographies, and maintain a network of relationships with key influencers
Development and execution of sales by utilizing direct marketing strategies, sales force building, sales process management and marketing support materials
Develop and present sound business conclusions from gathered information
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and their potential impact on SS&C Health
Attend and network at Healthcare related Industry Events
Bachelor’s degree and 10-12 years of relevant work experience or a Master’s degree and 8-10 years of equivalent work-related experience
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Ability to work cross functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency
Strong background in complex selling situations and ability to cultivate and maintain executive relationships
Proven success selling diversified product solution and services
Ability to travel as needed to meet goals
