The Financial Services Operations Representative II within the Journal Review team works independently to process and correct varied and more complex transactions. This position ensures adherence to legal and procedural standards. You will be knowledgeable of quality goals and participate in the accomplishment of team quality metrics while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will be able to suggest changes and process improvements, assists in training new associates and provide backup support to other team members as needed. This position reviews reports with an eye toward accuracy and timely correction, while working under stringent intraday deadlines.

Maintain QC Effectiveness, demonstrating the ability to identify and correct processing errors timely
Utilize all types of resources to optimize service
Appropriately escalate problems
Take an active role in reviewing and recommending updates to the Journal Review Knowledgebase (KB) content
Take initiative to learn and assist team members, other departments, and other divisions when needed.
Cross train for additional assignments/responsibilities in an effort to increase knowledge and skills across business areas and work types.
Leverage knowledge to make recommendations to process improvements.
Some college or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred; 2 years direct or related processing and/or report review experience required.
Detailed understanding of Financial Services processing, knowledge of corrective processing preferred. Knowledge of internal systems including TA2000, SmartDesk 1, and TRAC.
