As an Associate with DST Pharmacy Solutions, you will be part of an organization that promotes better health outcomes for consumers through clinical and technological innovations. We accomplish this by leveraging the robust technology foundation and powerful analytic resources that are the core of DST, with industry leading clinical expertise and strategic pharmacy and healthcare solutions. You will join a team that is redefining the value of pharmacy in healthcare through the integration of advanced analytics, clinical insights and transformative digital capabilities.
Designs, drafts, and revises moderately complex test plans and test strategy with an understanding of software processes from the customer’s perspective. Performs risk assessments. Assists with the review of standards and procedures, process improvement initiatives, and monitoring/reporting system metrics. Identifies and makes recommendations for application modifications and changes to enhance the effectiveness of quality initiatives. Evaluates end-user requirements, software test criteria, and existing manual tests to determine where automation can be appropriately and effectively applied. Plans, develops, and maintains a wide range of moderately complex manual quality tests and analyses to ensure software functions according to specified standards and end-user requirements. Uses test utilities to generate and prepare test data. Executes automated and manual tests according to established test plans and specifications, interprets results, documents defects and issues, engages in root cause analysis and retests software corrections to ensure problems are resolved.
Leads projects of limited scope

Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
Communicates with customers, internally and externally
Executes on customer testing requests in a timely manner
Consults with the customer and advise on testing strategies
May be required to work outside of normally scheduled hours as mandated by the client, project, and/or workload (e.g., evenings, weekends, and/or holidays); amount of notice may vary
Bachelor’s degree, or 2 years equivalent work-related experience
Client services experience
1-3 years’ experience of the DST Pharmacy Solutions’ systems or related experience
Experience supporting the software development life cycle
