As an Associate with DST Pharmacy Solutions (DSTPS - formerly Argus), you will be a part of an organization that promotes better health outcomes for consumers through clinical and technological innovations. We accomplish this by leveraging the robust technology foundation and powerful analytic resources that are the core of DST, with industry leading clinical expertise, and strategic pharmacy and healthcare solutions. Senior Business Systems Analysts carry out and oversee the implementation of new or existing DSTPS customers on DSTPS rebate administration system. They identify and evaluate customers rebate setup and reporting requirements; they recommend, develop, and implement solutions to meet those requirements. Senior Business Systems Analysts evaluate and construct alternative solutions for customers whose business requirements create setup challenges within DSTPS rebate system. For customers whose prescription claims are processed outside of DSTPS, they work closely with the customers technical groups to interpret and translate claim file formats. They are a resource to customers for complex questions or issues pertaining to DSTPS rebate system and tools, rebate calculations and payments, and industry inter-related issues.
Makes recommendations for system enhancements and changes
Perform functional testing of the system as modifications are made
Provide training for customers on the rebate administration system, system enhancements, web interfaces, and other systems tools
Train and mentor rebate administration analysts on the rebate administration process and systems
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Argus rebate administration system
Be the point of contact for escalation for researching complex system issues and payment discrepancies
Identify anomalies in calculated rebate amounts, perform root cause analysis, and correct system setups
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of work related experience, or Master's degree and 1 year of work related experience or 5 years equivalent work related experience
Complex MSFT SQL experience - ability to read and write complex queries
2 years experience supporting the software development life cycle and project development methodologies or 2 years applicable industry-related work
Post-secondary education in a business or computer-related field of study
4 years experience supporting the software development life cycle and/or industry-related experience
Lean Six Sigma training with process improvement aptitude
Previous experience in customer service preferred
Ability to problem solve to work independently or in teams
Advanced experience with MS Excel and Access
