As an Associate with DST Pharmacy Solutions, you will be part of an organization that promotes better health outcomes for consumers through clinical and technological innovations. As a Client Relations Manager for DST Pharmacy, you will be exposed to all aspects of our pharmacy business, products and services. You will collaborate with other team members to establish a strategy and game plan that ensures success for our customers. The Client Relations Manager will play a lead role in managing the daily operational activities for full-service pharmacy customers. The CRM will be responsible for setting and managing client expectations, standing up projects to meet client needs, daily problem solving and ongoing monitoring of client process and performance.
Act as the leader of the client-facing account team the service the customer(s) daily
Provide clients with daily support and assistance
Support and lead calls for multiple clients
Work on assignments of moderate to complex scope and resolve a wide range of issues
Interact with multiple functional areas and lead and/or coordinate projects among those areas on behalf of clients and/or Client Services
Identifying client needs, develop client solutions, track and monitor issues, analyze customer data, provide analysis, provide reports, and recommend implementing process and procedure improvements
Monitor Performance Guarantees and escalate any non-compliance issues
Identify, analyze, and document business requirements for large scope and more complex projects
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of work-related experience, or Master’s degree and 1 year of work-related experience, or 5 years equivalent work-related experience
Team leadership experience
2 to 5 years’ experience managing customer relationships in healthcare
2 to 5 years’ experience in either benefit plan design analysis, setup or quality role
Understanding of claim and financial reports
Proficient in use of Excel
