Organizational Overview

As an Associate with DST Pharmacy Solutions, you will be part of an organization that promotes better health outcomes for consumers through clinical and technological innovations. Role Overview

Plans and leads multiple, comprehensive, cross-functional software testing initiatives to include high levels of automation. Undertakes complex projects requiring a specialized knowledge or expertise of multiple business-lines or product suites. Has considerable customer exposure and company asset liability. Provides guidance to customers on testing strategies and is accountable for defining internal test strategies and methodologies. Ensures that system tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved for implementation/conversion. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective action that adheres to company objectives. Facilitates the development, storage, and regular review of product standards and procedures. Facilitates process improvement initiatives. Defines high-level system metrics and gathers and reports system statistics, which includes researching and reporting explanations for major trend fluctuations/anomalies. Establishes and communicates common goals and direction for the team. Acts as a resource for functional direction, training, and guidance for less experienced staff. Monitors project risks, schedules, and costs.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain current programming languages and technologies, leveraging BDD (Behavior Driven Development)/TDD (Test Driven Development) methodologies

  • Ability to evaluate automation scope, proof of concepts for projects and recommend solutions for highly complex deliverables

  • Ability to work in a fast pace, changing environment

  • Ensure that proper documentation is captured, maintained and understood by the business and/or IT partners as needed

  • Provide guidance to and assist in training less experienced associates

  • Communicate with internal and external customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field

  • 6+ years of experience in Test Automation framework design and development with JAVA using Selenium API, Grid, Junit, Test NG, Continues Integration tools (e.g. Jenkins, Bamboo) and Cucumber BDD

  • 5+ years of experience in Functional Automation tools HP UFT & ALM, VB Script, SOAP UI, WSDL and REST API

  • Performance Testing with C, Java Script & Groovy programming using HP Load Runner, HP Performance Center, HP Site Scope, CA IntroScope and JMeter experience preferred

  • Cross platform end to end automation including mainframe, DB2, Java based web and desktop GUI applications experience a plus

  • Pharmacy claims processing experience a plus
