Understands the functionality of issue tracking and wiki applications and associated business processes. Has general knowledge of the architecture and infrastructure and server software as well as any peripheral products. Provides technical support to internal or external customers, resolving escalated and moderately complex issues in accordance with established standards and procedures. Designs, develops, and deploys projects meeting enterprise project needs. Documents procedures or usage for team members and/or end users in all areas of JIRA, Confluence, and related add-ons. Manages the daily operational support of JIRA and Confluence applications. This includes project migration and deployment, and general application troubleshooting. Performs research and problem analysis and diagnosis for Atlassian software, and interprets application logs to assist in the identification of problems. Uses independent judgement to escalate issues and works with internal and external support teams to drive resolution. Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, HTML, CSS, SQL, JAVA and/or Groovy, Apache Web Server, or Linux OS is a plus.
