Demonstrates in-depth product and industry knowledge. Participates in the process of defining, documenting, and analyzing customer requirements, business processes and procedures, and workflows. Defines and documents standard configuration requirements and guides and configures product solutions. Identifies, researches, and resolves and engages others in the research and resolution of moderately complex customer and product implementation problems. Demonstrates product functions/benefits and educates customers on the optimal use of the product to improve efficiencies or satisfy requirements. Communicates information to the customer regarding new functionality, enhancements, or changes to the product that would benefit or affect the customer. Assists in identifying product customizations, enhancements, process changes, and workarounds to meet customer requirements and works with other functional groups as appropriate to address. Provides direct customer support during product deployment and provides transitory post-implementation follow up and onsite support.
The focus of this role is to support the implementation of AWD for our clients. AWD is configurable to meet various customer needs for workflow movement in the simplest terms of getting a work item, be it a fax, email, physical document, phone call record or an item pulled from a website or a separate system. As the Senior Implementation Consultant, you will teach our clients how to use the software or perform the actual implementations of the software on behalf of the client. This role requires traveling to customer sites about 75% of the time.
Function as a reliable point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and requests throughout the implementation process.
Assist in leading activities related to requirements analysis, business process analysis, product configuration and customization, scope analysis, workflow consulting, data mapping, detailed project documentation, customer communication, issue resolution, testing, customer training/education, solution deployment and implementation, and transitory post-implementation support.
Understand and articulate product capabilities and guides the customer in best practices for use of the product solution. Identifies product customization's, enhancements, process changes, and workarounds to meet customer requirements and works with other functional groups (e.g., development teams, applications analysis, technical support, etc.) to address.
Understand product behavior in multiple situations and offers assistance to customers regarding product set up, expectations for product functionality and performance, etc., when new variables are introduced.
Manage customer expectations, cultivate the customer relationship, ensure the timely completion of project milestones, and ensure project outcomes are successfully meeting customer expectations during the implementation process.
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of work-related experience, or Master’s degree and 1 year of work-related experience, or 5 years equivalent work-related experience.

Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with leaders at all levels in the business.
Time management skills with experience in working to tight project deadlines.
Ability to understand user requirements and desired business outcomes
Moderate understanding and experience with SQL
Experience and expertise with Business Rules engines such as DROOLS is needed
Experience building CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) based on client requirements is required
Ability to create java script to accommodate for enhanced user interface functionality
Expertise in the use of Microsoft Applications – specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently and within a team;
Confidence to present to, and hold discussions with, managers at all levels, including senior management
