As an Associate with DST Pharmacy Solutions, you will be part of an organization that promotes better health outcomes for consumers through clinical and technological innovations. We accomplish this by leveraging the robust technology foundation and powerful analytic resources that are the core of DST, with industry leading clinical expertise and strategic pharmacy and healthcare solutions. You will join a team that is redefining the value of pharmacy in healthcare through the integration of advanced analytics, clinical insights and transformative digital capabilities.
Implementation Consultants provide in-depth product, industry, and best business practices knowledge on an implementation team. They are capable of consulting in all phases of the implementation process and may also serve as the project lead on small- to medium-sized implementation projects or single phases of larger, more complex implementation projects. They function as a reliable point of contact for all customer inquiries, issues, and requests throughout the implementation process. Implementation Consultants articulate product capabilities and guide the customer in best practices for use of the product solution. They recognize and notify management of potential add-on business opportunities and/or solutions. They mentor and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
Leads timely, defect free product implementations
Collaborate with IT, Benefits, Web Services, Pharmacy Network team, Eligibility, Account Management and other departments as necessary to implement products and achieve performance goals
Provide ongoing support to internal and external business owners/clients
Communicate to both internal staff and external customers regarding new functionality, enhancements, or changes to products that would benefit or affect the client.
Actively identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and quality performance.
Participate in the process of defining, documenting, and analyzing customer requirements, business processes, and workflows.
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work-related experience, or 4 years equivalent work-related experience preferred
Experience in supporting teams in environments characterized by volume volatility, strict deadlines, and ongoing support.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships at all levels in the organization.
Time management skills with experience in working to tight project deadlines.
Strong problem solving skills and an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
