Organizational Overview

Role Overview

The focus of this role is to consult in all phases of the implementation process and will assist the project lead on small- to medium-sized projects or single phases of large, complex projects.

Responsibilities

· Function as a reliable point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and requests throughout the implementation process

· Assist in leading activities related to requirements analysis, business process analysis, product configuration and customization, scope analysis, workflow consulting, data mapping, detailed project documentation, customer communication, issue resolution, testing, customer training/education, solution deployment and implementation, and transitory post-implementation support.

· Understand and articulate product capabilities and guides the customer in best practices for use of the product solution. Identifies product customizations, enhancements, process changes, and workarounds to meet customer requirements and works with other functional groups (e.g., development teams, applications analysis, technical support, etc.) to address.

· Understand product behavior in multiple situations and offers assistance to customers regarding product set up, expectations for product functionality and performance, etc., when new variables are introduced.

· Manage customer expectations, cultivate the customer relationship, ensure the timely completion of project milestones, and ensure project outcomes are successfully meeting customer expectations during the implementation process.

· Will be required to learn multiple applications across the eStub Suite of products

· Perform Quality testing across multiple applications for all related eStub applications

· Produce required project documentation based on SDLC guidelines

· Work experience in a client-facing role

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of work-related experience, or Master’s degree and 1 year of work-related experience, or 5 years equivalent work-related experience.

· Superior presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

· A patient, customer-centric and proactive mindset.

· Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with leaders at all levels in the business.

· Time management skills with experience in working to tight project deadlines.

· Ability to understand user requirements and desired business outcomes

· Moderate understanding and experience with SQL

· Expertise in the use of Microsoft Applications – specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

· Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently and within a team;

· Confidence to present to, and hold discussions with, managers at all levels, including senior management

· Be able to manage several clients and projects at the same time

· Experience working with Agile development is helpful

AWD and Desktop/SmartDesk knowledge is a plus, but is not required

· Some travel is possible but limited

· This role will flex within the BPO Applications. An Example would be assisting the Cash Management Team and will include Reconciliation or Same-Day Cash Management interaction
