Organizational Overview

As an Associate with DST Pharmacy Solutions (formerly Argus), you will be part of an organization that promotes better health outcomes for consumers through clinical and technological innovations. We accomplish this by leveraging the robust technology foundation and powerful analytic resources that are the core of DST, with industry leading clinical expertise and strategic pharmacy and healthcare solutions. You will join a team that is redefining the value of pharmacy in healthcare through the integration of advanced analytics, clinical insights and transformative digital capabilities.

Role Overview

The Healthcare Product Manager assists with and participates in product planning and execution throughout the entire product life cycle, from concept through end-of-life planning. They have a strong understanding of the competitive features and capabilities and market trends that may impact a successful new product launch. They apply technical expertise, business acumen, product knowledge, and industry experience to effectively manage the product lifecycle. The Product Manager represents the market within the division and works with development to ensure delivery of relevant and impactful software and solutions.


The position supports the following Medicaid products and services:

  • State Sanction Prescriber Functionality and Reporting

  • State Prescriber and Pharmacy Functionality and Reporting

  • Subrogation Products and Services

  • Legacy Medicaid Encounter Functionality

  • Medicaid Compliance Support

  • Medicaid Subrogation Support

Support of the above referenced Medicaid products and services, includes but is not limited to, researching and evaluating state level Medicaid compliance laws/regulations to determine customer impact, researching of customer requests related to Medicaid products and services, serving as primary business owner for any IT projects necessary to support global and customer level Medicaid projects, serving as primary business owner for level 2 support customer requests, and directly supporting Client Services. In addition, the position serves as Medicaid Liaison to the following NCDPD Task and Work Groups:

  • WG1 Definition of a Valid Prescriber Task Group

  • WG9 Medicaid Frequently Asked Questions Task Group

  • WG9 Government Programs Encounter Reporting Standards Task Group


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of work-related experience, or Master’s degree and 1 year of work-related experience, or 5 years equivalent work-related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or computer-related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems)

  • 7+ years formal product management experience
