As an Associate with DST Pharmacy Solutions (formerly Argus), you will be part of an organization that promotes better health outcomes for consumers through clinical and technological innovations. The Healthcare Product Manager assists with and participates in product planning and execution throughout the entire product life cycle, from concept through end-of-life planning. They have a strong understanding of the competitive features and capabilities and market trends that may impact a successful new product launch. They apply technical expertise, business acumen, product knowledge, and industry experience to effectively manage the product lifecycle. The Product Manager represents the market within the division and works with development to ensure delivery of relevant and impactful software and solutions.
Become a subject matter expert (SME) in several Medicare Part D subject areas. Become back-up to a primary SME in other Medicare Part D subject areas.
Read Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) rules and regulations pertaining to assigned subject areas. Intrepet and understand CMS rules and regulations and develop project business requirements to address CMS rules and regulations.
Business owner for projects applicable to assigned subject areas. Work with other functional SMEs and the IT project team throughout the project life cycle.
Creates business requirements and helps IT with development of test scripts.
Meet with customers to discuss project requests and CMS regulations related to assigned subject areas.
Performs research to questions submitted by customers and internal departments.
Present projects and other topics as assigned at bi-monthly customer call-in forums.
Develops, tracks, and reports on multiple projects simultaneously, in various cycles of development.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work-related experience or 4 years equivalent work-related experience ; or Master’s degree and 1 year of work-related experience; or 5 years equivalent work-related experience
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or computer-related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems)
7+ years formal product management experience
