Role Overview

Candidates for these positions must be flexible, dependable and have a willingness to learn new processes. They must also have good communication and customer service skills. Flexibility in working overtime hours will be necessary during peak volumes. We are looking for a team player who will engage with their peers, assist with escalation work, and assertively help with overflow volumes. There are new challenges every day in this constantly changing environment. The right candidate will have a strong working knowledge of AWD TA2000 and/or Smartdesk, lead with a sense of urgency, and provide a high degree of customer service. Requirements: Teamwork, accountability, interpersonal/relationship skills, problem solving/analysis, verbal and written communication, multitasking

Characteristics of Successful Candidates:

  • 1-2 years business experience in customer service or customer support roles

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Efficient time management with strong organizational skills

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, and processes

  • Strong working knowledge of AWD and multi-fund family legal guidelines and processes

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

  • Ability to research, and solve complex problems.

  • Career oriented, highly motivated, and self-starting individual with a positive attitude and commitment to providing great customer service.
