Organizational Overview

Your job is to help our clients discover opportunity through technology, strategic advisory and business improvement solutions. You will work with some of the world’s leading Alternative Asset Managers, Asset Management Service Companies, Banking Companies, Broker-Dealers, Distribution Companies, Insurance Companies and Retirement Companies. Role Overview

The Brokerage Solutions team is hiring a Client Relations Specialist. Brokerage Solutions has a broad scope within DST including the development of digital strategy, supporting product development, implementations, digital consulting and operational support for client implementations of several of DST’s digital products. The organization works closely with the vertical market and product teams to develop and execute DST’s digital strategy. We help client’s master complexity in the world’s most demanding industries to ensure they continually stay ahead of the ever-changing customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day coordinator for eSolutions clients.

  • Provide first line customer support for all application questions (methodology and technical).

  • Schedule upgrades, production schedules, etc. with customers.

  • Capture potential case studies to be used by marketing and/or for User Group presentations, and product feedback and present to development.

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships while serving as an advocate and/or consultant for client.

  • Implementation

  • Provide direction to the client on Brokerage Solutions business requirements and impact of choices made to the application and its output.

  • Document customer requirements and intended uses for implementation team.

  • Lead weekly status meetings with the clients as necessary.

  • Deliver methodology and navigation training to Brokerage Solutions customers.

    • Product Consulting/Configuration
  • Develop and document innovative applications of the software in conjunction with customer requirements and in partnership with the Brokerage Solutions Management Team.

  • Perform product configurations as needed.

  • Development

  • Develop business requirements for product enhancements when appropriate.

  • Participate in development calls impacting design of the product, and in QA of the product prior to final release.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work-related experience, or 4 years equivalent work-related experience

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an industry-related project management and/or customer relationship management role

Minimum of 1 year experience in client facing role working with digital solutions
