Organizational Overview

While working at DST Financial Services, you will help our clients discover opportunities in the complexities associated with mounting inflows of data, rapid technological advancements, shifting regulatory change, rising security risks and increasing demands from their customers. Your job is to help our clients discover opportunity through technology, strategic advisory and business improvement solutions. You will work with some of the world’s leading Alternative Asset Managers, Asset Management Service Companies, Banking Companies, Broker-Dealers, Distribution Companies, Insurance Companies and Retirement Companies. Everyday our global offices in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States work together to master the complexity of the financial industry to transform the most challenging tasks into opportunity and competitive advantage.

Role Overview

This is a great entry-level opportunity on the Blue Sky Administration Team. In this role, you will perform necessary functions to assist the BSA team to complete daily tasks. You will sort and review filings for necessary signatures, preform AWD indexing of permits and complete state website research to print permits.

Responsibilities

  • Sort filings and reviews for necessary signatures.

  • Index AWD permits and research state website to print permits

  • Monitor SharePoint items and run reports.

  • Create Blue Sky reports as requested (i.e., large sales report for over sales research, Daily Sales Warning Reports, Unregistered Report, Calendar Expiration Warning Reports).

  • Print prospectuses from Edgar.

  • Run and save down SES Matrix for new Funds.

  • Add items to the sales adjustment spreadsheet.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong technical skills with excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word and Excel).

  • Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with an affinity for customer service.

  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently.

  • Effective time management and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
