Investor Services Representatives evaluate, verify, and process service requests from shareholders, third-party entities, institutions, broker/dealer operations, or client Fund/Stock groups. Associates research, resolve, and respond to inquiries and problems of a more complex nature. Sr. Mutual Fund/Corporate Securities Representatives may be responsible for providing on-the-job training for newer associates. Associates work under general direction with established guidelines.
This may include but is not limited to:
Provide client specialized servicing to mutual fund investors
Review new account documentation and establish accounts as needed
Analyze and complete trades, maintenance, statement requests and written inquiries
Correspond with and contact Dealers and Investors as needed
Answer shareholder calls and have the ability to answer fund specific questions
Receive, sort, and track incoming Dealer and investor requests
Review and research complex Dealer and investor requests
Act as liaison between Transfer Agency teams
Efficiently and accurately report the daily cash flows into and out of mutual funds for our Clients
Facilitate Broker/Dealer compensation including 12b1 payments, A Share Load and C Share Advanced payments
Reconcile and report contingent deferred sale charge and underwriter payments to our Clients
Complete daily bank reconciliation to match Client’s balances with the corresponding reports
Work with the Distributor on the establishment of new Broker/Dealers along with branch, and representative establishment at the account level
Quality Review transactions, new accounts maintenances, control reports, and other daily operational requests

High School degree and at least 1 year of related experience. Bachelor’s Degree or related industry experience preferred.
