Summary: Senior Dealer Services Support Associate is a key role in the Transfer Agency (TA) as dealer back offices and advisors drive significant volume for our clients. Establishing and maintaining strong back-office relationships, elevating ALPS TA as strong industry partner.
Senior Job Responsibilities:
This includes but not limited to:
Demonstrates a solid understanding and is a valuable resource to the team related to the following:
Corrections & Estimates
Commission and 12b-1 items
Understands and knows how to complete all of the operations checklists
Completes new dealer set ups, and testing
Completes dilution billing
MFPSII Set ups
Completes dealer questionnaires
Maintains back office contact list and builds relationships
Answers calls to the ALPS dealer services line
Provides assistance with training new hires and other team members, as needed
Completes specialized and complex processing of requests from dealers and/or Clients
Demonstrates the ability to respond timely to incoming e-mails, requests/inquiries, researching of items, etc…
Meets a higher than average accuracy and productivity levels
Ability to actively assist with the daily work of other TA Operations departments, as dictated by volumes & staffing
Ability to identify efficiencies that can be gained on the team
Proven ability to consistently meet ISO Standards
