Overall purpose of the Job include supporting clients about computer problem and also provide information and solution to client about IT infrastructure.
Maintaining up-to-date documentation of applications operation and procedure manuals, also involved in the following tasks:
Accountable for establishing and maintaining Helpdesk procedures.
Responsible for controlling the process of ensuring accurate and timely technology support and problem resolution to clients in BOC (Bangkok Offshoring Center) and client in other offices.
Manage the processing of incoming calls to the Service Desk via both telephone and e-mail to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end user issues.
Design and enforce request handling and escalation policies and procedures.
Track and analyze trends in Remedy (Problem tracking system) requests and generate statistical reports.
Oversee development and dissemination of help sheets, usage guides, and FAQ lists for end users.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field.
1-3 years’ technical experience with servers, operating systems, and tools related to the field.
