Sound knowledge of L&D function and training cycle
Demonstrates group facilitation skills up to mid management level
Strong ability to collate and develop training content.
Demonstrate ability to think both strategically and at a more operational level.
Sound knowledge of the concepts, principles, practices, and techniques related to learning and development, organizational behavior, organizational culture, leadership and team development practices and ability to translate into practical programs
Creates and uses an elevator pitch of what L&D offers, and to whom the trainings apply.
Delivers Performance Management Training
Ability to establish and maintain excellent internal and external relationships in a highly collaborative and customer service oriented manner.
Highly professional and positive attitude
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in pressure, deadline driven environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and use discretion, diplomacy and tact
Strong computer skills including: MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Profile: The candidate should have following
MBA (HR) / Equivalent Degree from a reputed institute with top notch expertise and command in English language
Candidate must have worked directly with International clients during the course of his / her experience
Excellent communication skills, assertive, great attitude and team player
Should be Proactive
Should have excellent customer and employee management skills
Experience or Qualification in Instructional Designing will be an added advantage
Knowledge of Learning Management System
