Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent; 5 years in a management/leadership role in the healthcare claims services industry. Must have experience in Medicare claims. Familiarity with CMS regulations, HIPAA knowledge, and experience managing production/quality.
Desired Skills Post-secondary education; 7+ years management/leadership experience in healthcare claims services industry. Experience with capacity modeling, budgeting and performance management.

Job Description 
DST Systems is currently hiring a Sr UNIX Systems Administrator. This position is available in Harrisburg, PA.

Sr. Systems Administrators install, configure, and maintain operating systems and servers in support of business processing requirements. They lead medium-sized projects from a technical aspect. They perform software installations and upgrades to operating systems and software packages. They ensure data/media recoverability by ensuring all required servers are backed up. They administer and maintain security of operating systems. Sr. Systems Administrators troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve moderately complex issues. They interface with vendor support teams and peripheral in-house support teams (e.g., Network, Database Services, Open Systems, Performance) as necessary. They evaluate and study vendor products to make recommendations on which best meet company and/or client needs. They assist in the development of technical standards and policies. Sr. Systems Administrators possess knowledge and experience in systems administration activities and demonstrate moderate skills with high level of proficiency. They perform work that is varied and moderately complex. They work on issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. They receive a moderate level of guidance and direction and may consult with senior peers on general projects.&lt;?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /&gt;
REQUIRED:
·5+ years experience working as a Unix Administrator.
·Qualified candidates will have experience in HPUX, AIX, and Redhat Linux operating systems AND have exposure to virtualization across these platforms.
DESIRED:
·Experience with browser based applications and products such as Apache, JBOSS, and Weblogic preferred.
