This position will oversee the preparation of the Company’s consolidated financial statements which will be included in reports that are filed with the SEC. In addition, this position will be responsible for the preparation and review of subsidiary financial statements and other documents that are reported externally. This position will be expected to perform technical accounting research and to interact with both internal and external auditors. 



Specific responsibilities include:




* Ensures consolidated financial statements comply with GAAP and SEC requirements and prepares and maintains all supporting documentation for financial statements and related notes to the financial statements. 

* Author/editor for the Company’s SEC filings, principally Forms 10-K and 10-Q, including preparing these documents to be edgarized and in accordance with XBRL standards for filing on the SEC’s website. 

* Oversees preparation of financial statements and schedules included in the Company’s quarterly earnings releases and Form 8-K. 

* Research technical accounting and compliance reporting matters. Prepare accounting memos to summarize findings and related recommendations. 

* Development, implementation and administration of accounting policies, procedures and internal controls. 

* Preparation of external communications and compliance information related to DST’s banking agreements.  

* Maintenance of accounting and financial controls surrounding Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. 

* Financial analysis and support for special projects.

Job Description



The Corporate Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing communications strategies to meet organization objectives for the DST Asset Management business vertical. Job Description 
The USIRKS Division is seeking a Staff Software Developer to implement, enhance, and support a variety of proprietary software applications used throughout the software development lifecycle to include but not limited to the following: Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian JIRA, and other Atlassian tools. Staff Software Developers write, maintain, and document code using high-level specifications or verbal instructions to support and enhance existing software, third-party products, and/or new software applications. Staff Software Developers produce technical specifications from which uncomplicated programs can be written, but they require assistance for more complex programming requirements. They actively participate in testing and specification and code reviews and are expected to identify basic technical and logical errors. As applicable, Staff Software Developers may begin participation in on-call rotation for the products/systems that they support. Staff Software Developers demonstrate an understanding of how their tasks relate to the project for which they are assigned.

Job Description  Contract Specialists perform a variety of duties which may include contract analysis and drafting summaries of terms and conditions, monitoring annual increases and/or financial terms, spend analysis, document editing, authoring basic amendments, confirmation of information, contract invoice reconciliation, monitoring contract milestones, and/or monitoring renewals and the renewal process. They draft contracts using existing templates, making minimal changes, and usually work on standard agreements or renewals. Contract Specialists set up and maintain pertinent data in the proper software applications. They also perform contract/file organization, set up, and maintenance. Contract Specialists may issue purchase orders and resolve issues surrounding payment to vendors related to those purchase orders. They may have interaction with clients and/or vendors. PeopleSoft testing and functional support may also be part of the Contact Specialist’s responsibilities. 
Required Skills Management, Contract Negotiation, Procurement, Some IT background both technical and contractual, mainframe experience preferred
