Job Description
Vision is looking for a quality minded person to assist with the testing of the Vision product. This individual will develop, maintain and execute a wide range of quality tests and analyses to ensure the product meets specified standards and end-user requirements.
Primary responsibilities will include organizing and maintaining Release Testing and Regression Testing scripts for the Vision product; performing Release and Regression testing for each Vision project installation and system upgrade; updating and maintaining test documentation; logging issues and retesting when issues are resolved; assisting with enhancement and PTS testing; creating and maintaining test data within TA2000; assist with process improvement initiatives and make recommendations to improve overall application quality.
Required Skills strong verbal/written communication; ability to prioritize/handle multiple tasks; problem-solving & organizational skills; software testing/writing exp.; ability to learn quickly; self-starter; ability to work as part of a project team and/or individual
Desired Skills Familiar with software development and testing methodologies; strong knowledge of TA2000; web/desktop application testing; automated testing experience; knowledge of mutual fund/brokerage industry
