Job Description Operational Quality Analysts perform quality testing of new and modified customer benefit changes (e.g., drug coverage, eligibility, drug utilization review) to ensure implemented changes meet customer requirements and process as expected. They review and ensure all appropriate documentation has been completed accurately for the change. Testing activities involve reviewing and interpreting the customers request and all related documentation to validate that the change was implemented accurately and the most appropriate method for implementing the change was used; identifying and communicating errors/issues discovered during testing to the appropriate operational area and providing suggestions for corrective action as appropriate; retesting to ensure issues are resolved; and documenting all testing activities and results.
Required Skills 6 months related work experience
Desired Skills Post-secondary education; 1 year quality assurance or quality auditing experience, claims processing experience, pharmacy benefits experience, and/or Argus experience
