In our Australia, United Kingdom, and United States offices we provide services to mutual funds, brokerage firms, retirement plans, wealth management, and other financial services. Everyday our global offices work together to master the complexity of the financial industry to transform the most challenging tasks into opportunity and competitive advantage.

Role Overview

You will be part of a dedicated team, representing DST, which consult with our customers. You will have daily, direct interaction with multiple customers as well as full-service operations groups and be responsible for troubleshooting issues as well as gaining the customer’s confidence in our products. Self-motivated individuals who excel in written and verbal communication are ideal for this role.

Responsibilities

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be expected to:

  • Use a mastery of Subaccounting/Omnibus business practices to educate others

  • Mentor less experienced associates

  • Establish work priorities, plan projects, and ensure timelines are met individually as well as other associates

  • Prepare management reports for customers

  • In person customer meetings at their location(s)

  • Ensure contractual obligations are achieved satisfactory and timely

  • Assist with budgeting, billing, and contract administration

  • Assist in onboarding new customers as they transition to DST’s industry leading solutions

  • Assist in identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and helping develop solutions

  • Communicate items of escalated importance quickly and effectively to management and coordinate resolution

Qualifications

  • 3 years business-related work experience in a customer service or industry-related position

  • Must be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

  • Must work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Will have a customer service focused attitude

  • Ability to quickly learn DST’s products, services and business practices
