Job Description
Client Relations Consultants are responsible for strategic client relationship management, managing client expectations, and developing client solutions. This person will interact with a single product group to deploy product and coordinate projects on behalf of their clients, ensuring that product deliverables are met. With general industry, product and best business practices knowledge, they demonstrate an ability to analyze, articulate and propose solutions both to clients as well as the product team.They perform detailed project analysis in relation to business processes, product utilization, industry practices, etc., and assist with architecting strategic solutions for clients business problems or deficiencies.They work closely with the product team to identify potential product enhancements and are responsible for writing business requirements and participating in the testing of these requirements to ensure intent has been met. They mentor and are sought out by less experienced associates within their group and across functional areas for their product and client knowledge.
Required Skills 5 years of implementation, account management and healthcare analytics (quality evaluation and risk adjustment). Business requirement business requirement documentation. Project management exp and execellent communication skills.
Desired Skills 6+ years of implementation, account management and healthcare analytics (quality evaluation and risk adjustment).
