Organizational Overview

DST Health Solutions provides healthcare reform through a full range of BPO and turnkey healthcare administration solutions. Our Solutions, combined with our health outcomes optimization solutions, include advanced technologies and strategies consulting services designed to optimize our customer's outcomes, revenues and managing their risk. Responsibilities

Software Project Leaders lead software development, software enhancement, or third-party software integration projects. Software Project Leaders lead smaller software initiatives, larger less-complex software projects, or multiple components of larger, more complex software solutions. They perform in a project/team lead and/or supervisory capacity that may include work delegation, resource allocation, risk management, staff mentorship and evaluation, project meetings, project documentation, and project communications. Software Project Leaders analyze client requirements, propose solution alternatives, manage detailed work plans and project schedules, and ensure project outcomes successfully meet client expectations. Software Project Leaders ensure adherence to quality IT standards. They are the primary point of contact for their assigned project deliverables and are accountable for managing the client relationship while serving as a client contact for the duration of their assigned project or project components.

  • Facilitate program discussions across DST Health Solutions departments and Enterprise Services to manage & prepare artifacts (plan, notes, presentations.....), and work with release and implementation PMs to make sure overall program stays on track.

  • Create and report weekly status to PD Program Management

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in technical platform programs, PMP & leadership roles.

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or related field.
