Enrollment Support Services Managers manage and direct the daily operations of Enrollment Technical Support staff while considering short-term and long-term company and customer initiatives including the impact of those initiatives. They assist in the development and planning of support initiatives; they evaluate the feasibility of supporting new products. They ensure support requirements, such as service level agreements and contractual agreements and overall customer satisfaction are met. Enrollment Support Services Managers interact with others business units for activity coordination, status reporting, problem resolution/escalation, and managing customer expectations. They may serve as a technical resource and consultant to the Technical/Product Support Services staff and customers. They require demonstrated leadership, business, and management skills as well as high-level, diversified knowledge of supported applications and products and the organization.
Manage customer relationships and function as high-level liaisons between customers and the organization.
Develop and implement departmental goals, standards, and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Manage and administer department and project budgets and forecasts.
Make decisions for all personnel administration (e.g., staffing, performance management, career planning, etc.).
Resolve the most difficult and complex issues and facilitate the resolution process.
Manage the coordination and prioritization of high-level and/or complex projects.
At least 7 years of related work experience managing a technical environment or technical resources.
Implementation and software testing experience is required.
Healthcare enrollment and membership experience is a must.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance of technology within healthcare is critical.
Experience with MarketProminence software highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field preferred.
