Overall Job Purpose:-
To carry out investigations to determine the origin of reported problems or queries within the product, devise & specify suitable resolutions to overcome such problems or answer such queries, define system settings and use modifications to implement the resolutions and test such changes to ensure they function according to the specification of the product and client requirements.
To provide problem analysis advice and business guidance where requested.
To analyse client problems as reported to assess their impact on the product and the clients business and to propose suitably considered solutions for resolution.
To provide advice or assist the client on product settings and procedures to enable the product to operate according to business demands within the scope of the product.
To test software, new or modified, to prove it operates as per specification and as expected by other areas of the product.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
At least 0-3 years in development by using SQL, JAVA or C
Familiar with UNIX, SQL, VMS will be an advantage.
Have knowledge in financial, derivatives training business or securities brokerage business will be an advantage.
Good problem solving.
Able to manager client expectation effectively.
Good command of spoken and written English.
