Position Overview
As a project manager and Finix Business Transformation Consultant, this position serves as the primary point of contact for the assigned project deliverables for the duration of the project or project components. Business Transformation Consultants demonstrate a high level of industry knowledge and expertise, and provide operational, technology, and/or project management consulting services to our clients. This individual works in a project/team lead and/or supervisory capacity leads or participates on highly complex project teams to transform an organization’s business to meet the client’s business goals and ensure projects end with a smooth post-implementation transition. Projects may be focused on business best practices; process improvements; technology investment, development, and alignment; customer segmentation; value propositions; business modeling; globalization; strategic planning; regulatory compliance; risk mitigation; transition management; or, other areas. This position may also provide a specialized service to a client organization, such as conducting needs analyses, determining project specifications, constructing project plans, implementing recommendations, etc.

Location: Open to all US locations. Travel required.

Required:
Qualified individuals will be analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and problem solve across multiple projects. Additionally, they must be highly skilled in working with business clients, external parties and technology groups (SMEs, developers, administrators, senior management, etc.). Successful candidates will also have proven project-based experience.

* 3+ years’ experience serving as a Project Manager, including fortechnology-relatedprojects

* 3-5+ years’ professional experience in investment companies or related environments, with specific experience in implementation or support of investment management or brokerage systems highly preferred (Senior Business Transformation Consultant positions require 8+ years.)

* Demonstrated understanding of investment industry terms and concepts

* Strong analytical and project management skills, including ability to analyze client requirements, manage detailed work plans and project schedules, and ensure project outcomes successfully meet client expectations

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts (SME’s)

* Knowledge of SDLC / PDLC and demonstrated ability to apply project management principles, methodologies, tools, and techniques
Preferred:

* Candidateswho have obtained a Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree

* PMP certification
