Position Overview
Business Transformation Consultants demonstrate a high level of industry knowledge and expertise, and provide operational, technology, and/or project management consulting services to our clients. This individual leads and/or participates on highly complex project teams to transform an organization’s business to meet the client’s business goals and ensure projects end with a smooth post-implementation transition. Projects may be focused on business best practices; process improvements; technology investment, development, and alignment; customer segmentation; value propositions; business modeling; globalization; strategic planning; regulatory compliance; risk mitigation; transition management; or, other areas. This position may also provide a specialized service to a client organization, such as conducting needs analyses, determining project specifications, constructing project plans, implementing recommendations, etc.

Required:
Qualified individuals will be analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and problem solve across multiple projects. Additionally, they must be highly skilled in working with business clients, external parties and technology groups (SMEs, developers, administrators, senior management, etc.). Successful candidates will also have proven project-based experience with analysis tools and processes.
* 3+ years’ experience serving as a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst, or supporting development projects.
* 3-5 years’ professional experience in investment companies or related environments, with specific experience in implementation or support of investment management or brokerage systems highly preferred. (Senior Business Transformation Consultant positions require 8+ years.)
* 2+ years’ supervisory or team lead experience, strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated understanding of investment industry terms and concepts.
* Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Abilityto interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts (SME’s).
Preferred:
* Candidates who have obtained a Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree
* Relatedindustry experience in a project leadership capacity
